Probably went to 3 'large box' stores, 2 hardware stores, two bolt companies and a few other places in my city to get two bed bolts for old bed. Several places said I would have to have them specially made and it would be very, very expensive. Found Horton Brasses online, and it had what I needed. I think my order came 3 days after ordering. Great service! The bolts including delivery were $15.00. Great prices!

was nervous about spending so much on hardware from an e-store without seeing samples etc, but called them, immediately got the owner, who answered all my questions, and then some! Helped me choose what I needed and let me know when it arrived. I think he must have literally shipped it that day, because it arrived 2 days later. Super nice, trustworthy, friendly company. Oh, and the hardware is beautiful!
