I first purchased drawer pulls from another company which were described as,"authentic early American reproduction hardware". When my order arrived I was disappointed in the poor quality. When I looked at the packaging I found the "made in china" inscription. I didn't spend months building a period correct chest of drawers to put Chinese hardware on it. I sent it back and ordered the hardware from Horton Brasses. It arrived quicker than the first order did and I was quite pleased with the quality. Made in America! I broke a post during installation. My fault. They sent a new one free. it arrived in a few days! I'm happy to have found Horton Brasses. I won't buy hardware any where else.

I'm always blown away by the cost of Horton's hinges and pulls, but never disappointed in the quality. When you're building something that will be passed down through your family, why not use the best?

A little pricey, but they're selling high-quality hardware, and you get your money's worth. Excellent service. I'm in-state, and got my orders the next day. Of course, more distance = greater transit time, but it's clear they shipped the product the same day I ordered.

I have purchased several items from Horton over the years and always impressed by their service and quality of products. Unlike so many companies, I have never ordered an item that was not in stock and shipped immediately.
