Horrible customer service. Tells you to fill out an area on their contact us web page and then they don't even get back to you with the right stuff. I pre-ordered a figure that I haven't gotten yet and when I filled out the help thing they sent me a reply about ordering a mask. I never ordered any masks and their website seems like a run around horrible company I would avoid them at all costs. Now I have to keep trying to fight and find a way to get my money back. Then they replied I got order. I got PART of my order. 2/3 items. One was preorder and I've never got it but I see it in local stores. See, they can't even check orders right nor keep people in the loop. Then once I posted this that finally got their attention and they refunded me my money of course they kept some and they said it's their policy because of pre-order or restocking fees which is a bunch of crap it's just a way to keep money for not delivering product. So you can't get them to give you your product in a timely manner or stay in touch with you about delays, they won't respond to you unless you go on an app and leave an honest review of their bad customer service and then they do refund you if you complain but they keep money for you complaining about their bad service. This really sounds like a better business bureau contact for me. This item is showing up in stores all around me and they somehow couldn't get it and send me any orders of my product or stay in touch with me. But just like I've read online once you post a negative review about them then they want to be all over contacting customers

Foul owner. Offered refunds due to supposedly sold out pre-orders and asked for a response. Upon doing so they took 40% of re-stock fee for being annoying about items they are not able to deliver. They are not liking the negative reviews to their negative response to the the public treatment by the company. They are coming off as scammers and looking ways to cheat people our of money when they cannot hold up to their end of the bargain. Do not buy from this Company or their other name Shadow Design. Customer service is mostly automated to avoid the public. We are also threatened on the Terms of Service to keep our mouths shut to any 3rd party. So I have reported to IC3, Better Business Bureau, and others. Not a threat, it was an Action taken. Can't deliver an item on your terms, you owe refunds; not half. If you want good reviews, do business correctly and deliver the items you promised to deliver. They don't like the comments on Social Media and need to silence anyone speaking out against their Criminal Racketeering Project in which you pay for an order and then they claim half of the order for a deposit when you never made a deposit. Crime speaks for itself especially in their reply that they are indeed playing the Victim when they are the Villain. Words hurt, not like we took your money or anything. They blame you when they fail to deliver. I left multiple reviews and comments after they refused to pay back all the money that they asked for a reply from in E-mail then they became a victim of refund when the Voucher and Gift Card was retheir. The email you receive will say, "If you would like the digital gift card/merch voucher to use on our site or a refund, please let us know and we will to be able to do so!" Then when you respond they become victim all of a sudden but asked for a response. They also only responded to 1 email, no automated replies or anything. They also didn't ask for a deposit on the items. They asked for 42.99 which is cost got 3 Funko Pops. There was no deposit, they are claiming a deposit for work they never finished. Wished we all could get paid for not working.

My situation is similar to everyone complaining on this review site. The first review I wrote was blocked from being shown. I was told they cancelled my order which was placed in July after trying to get status reports. I was suppose to get a refund which they only refunded partially. Worst customer service not professional at all. I’m going to have to dispute charge with my bank since they are not a reputable company and refuse to acknowledge my emails and are illegally stealing money. They blame you for emailing them as if that should be a problem about your order and even write not bad reviews won’t be tolerated. Wish I had read everything prior to ordering from them. Hopefully this helps someone else from being robbed.

I had planned to spend quite a bit of money here this holiday season but I won’t be now. I ordered a set of figures a month ago and haven’t received any communication regarding my order. The site is horrible when it comes to submitting the status of your order and then you get a generic email. I commented on FB simply asking about my order and then received an email saying they had cancelled my order. That has to be the worst form of customer services I have ever experienced. Since I had not received any updates in a month, I thought I had been scammed which is why I was so eager for an answer. A lot of my family loves horror and had planned to purchase from here as well but it looks like this company has lost a bunch of money now. Work on you customer service and learn how a business is ran.

Terrible customer service. I ordered three items a while back; two were preordered. I received the first item fairly quickly. Weeks went by and I didn’t receive the other items I sent them and email just asking what was going on. Their response was basically “read our policy on pre order”. I thought it was a poor response but just blew it off and thought I’d wait longer. Now months later I checked online and one of the items said it was being restocked. So I emailed them again asking for an update and their response was to the effect of “go back and read our last email we told you to read the policies”. Passive aggressive and unprofessional. So I said you weren’t helpful I won’t be buying from you again. And then within a day they refunded my money. Literally all I asked for twice was an update. Clearly they do not care about customers or their reputation.

Update to my previous review. Now I’m totally out $150. They refuse to respond and cancelled my order. where is my money? Tons of negative reviews all with the same story. We can’t all be wrong. The positive reviews seem suspicious. I’m out my money as are a lot of other people. Stay away from this place at all costs. I’ve never dealt with such rude unhelpful people in my life. Update order number #17068199. You said it was on the original gift card please send me that info as you are not responding to my inquiry. In your last response to me you said y order was canceled and the money want back to my original gift card. So thank you for letting me know my order is still active. Just answer your emails and we can stop doing this on here,

Costumer service is severely lacking. Anytime I try to contact someone I get re-directed to automated responses. When someone finally reached out to me there were grammar and spelling errors and the response was unprofessional. The message they gave me was to refer to previous emails... emails where I had gotten zero information. I fear this is a scam website. I pre-ordered an item in August and am still waiting mid-October. Even if I was wait-listed, why not communicate that to the consumer? Comments seem to be disabled on IG, which is a red flag. This website is either a scam site or operated `by amateurs, not sure what it worse.

Zero customer service. I preordered an item in April. I’m seeing it in stores now so I Emailed asking for update. I got auto email explaining their preorder policy. I got an email saying they are working on my order. Nothing more. Inquiries only get automated email explaining pre order policy. There is no way to reach an actual just automated BS. If you have an issue you are screwed. They can take your money & That’s it. If they can’t reply to customers at all they should not be in business.**UPDATE** so Yes it was a pre order. I started seeing the item in stores weeks ago so I asked do you have an update. All I got was an auto email about preorders. No actual information. since they can’t be reached & customers can’t get an actual reply if you review their non existent customer service they cancel your order. That’s a much better practice than hiring someone to do customer service. Their answer tells you all you need to know about how the conduct business. If only they responded to email questions like they do bad reviews.
