I have not received my cards yet and the tracking number is no longer working. I’ve written in several times and I’m about to report you to the United States Postal Service.

Genuinely beautiful somatic therapy cards. Clients warm to them and engage easily.

I like the children’s somatic therapy cards a lot. There’s a good mix of activities she can do without my direction and ones I lead her through!

I got a shipping notice right away, but after that there were several problems with postage and when I tried to each out to the company, I got no response. The email bounced because of server issues, the chat on the site is not monitored, so no response, I sent an inquiry through the form on their site and sent a message in Facebook. I still don’t have my order and no communication from the company so I filled I dispute at the bank.

I ordered on 5/8/29 on Order #HK9364312 I ordered two boxes of Somatic Therapy Coping Skill Cards but I only received one box in the mail. I have emailed twice to try to get this issue corrected but have not heard from your company or received the additional box. I am a somatic trauma therapist presenting at a conference in June for Sandplay Therapists of America and wanted to hand them out to each of the attendees. but since I did not receive the two boxes, I wont have enough to give out. I was going to post in the slides where to get them. I wont be able to do that if I don't have the two boxes. Please help me with this. So far I have gotten no reply from your company.

Our cards are so helpful especially for our kiddos who struggle with anxiety and stressors. The strategies get them jump-started on their own ideas of how to use them and how to manage their emotions.

It's a good product and I will use it with my clients. The only reason I'm giving a 4 instead of a 5 is the customer service. There's very little way of communicating with someone there. I had an order lost in 2024, so I was hesitant to order it again. I ordered a similar product this year and it came, but I wanted to tell them I was hesitant to order from them again because of last time, but there was very little way of doing so. Private message on Facebook is pretty much about it. Good product though and thanks for your work, it's important to have resources like this out there.
