It's a good product and I will use it with my clients. The only reason I'm giving a 4 instead of a 5 is the customer service. There's very little way of communicating with someone there. I had an order lost in 2024, so I was hesitant to order it again. I ordered a similar product this year and it came, but I wanted to tell them I was hesitant to order from them again because of last time, but there was very little way of doing so. Private message on Facebook is pretty much about it. Good product though and thanks for your work, it's important to have resources like this out there.

This business sells mental health tools, those of us who buy probably all have trauma and for us trust is something that is broken. I need and was excited to receive the cards, not only have I not received them as promised but they do not answer my messages. Keep the money, the cards and on your conscience how you failed a person with trauma and above all the values that this company supposedly has.
Update : I finally received my order with a heartfelt apology. They need to get better in costumer service but the cards are excellent, great quality, beautiful design, easy to use with a clear guide and with no doubt they will be very helpful for my healing the vagus nerve. I recommend the product very much.

I want to start by saying how truly sorry I am. You’re right to feel upset, and I take full responsibility for everything that’s gone wrong.
We sell mental health tools, and that comes with a deep responsibility. Many of us, including our customers, carry trauma, and trust is sacred. You trusted us, and we let you down, both in communication and delivery.
The truth is, we’re not a big company. It’s just me, my son, and a virtual assistant doing our best to run this small business with care and heart. But that doesn’t excuse the mistake we made.
When you sent your updated address, I thought I had changed it immediately. I even updated it myself from my phone. But now I see that it didn’t go through properly, and the package went to the old address. That’s 100% my fault. I shouldn’t have done it from my phone, and I’m truly sorry for the confusion and delay it caused.
We’ve now sent you a brand-new package on Monday, and it should be delivered this week.
Again, I truly seek your forgiveness. I understand how this experience may have felt like a betrayal, and I never want any of our customers, especially those who come to us for healing, to feel that way.
