Very helpful staff & great prices!
Michelle was very friendly & patient explaining everything to me as I kept dropping her bc of bad cell service I had. She was Quick to respond with my quote & kept a friendly attitude the whole time.

My agent Missy was excellent
My agent Missy was excellent. She stayed late to help me with my policy. She got me the best options possible and with all the available discounts she could think of. And she had a great attitude about it all.

I have used other insurance agencies…
I have used other insurance agencies being treated not as a person always talking to a computer generated voice AI. If you want to speak a real person, I highly recommend Horace Mann over an AI system. I have my home and auto insurance with Horace Mann.
