Estoy muy contento con mi compra, no pensaba que esta hamaca fuera a encajar en mi cochecito, pero la verdad es que nos ayuda muchísimo a pasear por todas partes con dos niños. Es una idea genial.

I ordered Easter eggs in March and I still haven’t received them and it’s May I asked for a full refund because they never delivered my item and didn’t even follow up after I’ve written multiple emails. I would not order anything again from this website because they are not reliable never on the website it was mentioned how long it will take to deliver a product so save your money and your time do not order anything with hoppi

I did not receive the product. Supposedly I had failed to provide an "access code" for delivery by a company called Yanwen. (I live in a large apartment building that does not have an access code - there are doormen on duty 24/7). I was told that I would need to contact Yanwen to get the product -- but there is no way to do so using the links provided. This seems like a scam and I will dispute it with my credit card company.

Really great product which made holiday a whole lot easier. Small enough to roll away quickly for airports but sturdy enough to keep my three year old comfy and contained during walks. I had emailed about compatibility before purchase and heard back really quickly. Shipping was a few days longer than expected but worth the wait.

Avoid this dishonest business and terrible product!! I received my Hoppie a day later than they promise in their adverts; my child who fit the criteria jumped in and immediately shouted “get me out!” It was so uncomfortable and unusable for him. I immediately returned despite a great deal of threat “it must be completely unused etc” - yes it 100% is but why do you advertise that it can be used for 12 days and then returned if you have such strict return rules??? Cassy continually asks for proof of my return; I have it all- tracking, photo of delivery etc. She is personally VERY unprofessional. Also hilariously they are giving this product away to local people with a large following to me, who do not have children of the right age and so have “tried it out with their friend’s buggy”…. Totally disingenuous marketing, horrible company, 100% avoid. And give me my money back please.

Absolute trash. Does not fit the joie litrax as stated. Customer service terrible and refuse me refund. Took double the length of time to deliver as stated as it comes from outside the Uk.
