What a disappointment!
You have changed the size of your masks and they are much stiffer. I have been using your masks for many and the last pack from my previous order did not match the wonderful masks that you firs manufactured. I thought it might be a quality control issue, so I reordered. Now I have 15 new masks that are unusable to me. I have both old and new masks in my hands. They are not the same size nor are they the same quality of fabric. What a disappointment. I wrote and asked for a refund and received no response.

I ordered ten FFP2
The firm responded next day to my complaint and provided a full refund. I was deeply impressed with the sincerity and responsiveness. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY. I ordered ten FFP2. I choose this model because I have seen it on individuals. It covered the face fully. I have order and used the KN95 from you in the past.What I received is labeled FFP2;however it is identical in size to the KN95. This was unacceptable. I do appreciate the refund and regret that the product did not match the quality of the KN.

My package is more than a week overdue
My package is more than a week overdue. It was near me in St. Louis but then went to Kansas City for some reason. And I have been ordering from you throughout the pandemic. Please get it to me, I need the masks

Disappointed in the update status
Gm My order is missing, shipped from my state of California in compton to northern Las Vegas, and no further shipping details USPS had them in the correct city, why were they rerouted to another state for processing, this a great company and I’ve ordered from them before and this will not be my last order, there products are outstanding quality . thank you for the prompt response to the missing order but now further details on the order# 735355, I’m very disappointed. I’m going to wait an additional couple of days for a response
