handling of compalint
I had an issue with the shipping due to iciing of the roads. I received cordial and quick answers to my questions from the company , follow up and received everything next day

When the recent batch of kn-95 masks
When the recent batch of kn-95 masks, arrived, each mask had a strong odor of insecticide. The odor was still evident after wearing it for four hours. I contacted you and Emily sent replacements for the masks. I’m still out of state so I haven’t checked the new batch, yet. The five stars are for Emily. The quality of the smelly masks would earn one or two stars. Thank you.
