My most recent purchase with Hope Health Supply was the second time that I purchased items from this company. I have been very impressed. Items are wrapped well, products are also well made and my purchases arrive on time. I have been very impressed. I am no longer planning to purchase my masks from other vendors. I am very very pleased with the products from this company. I just recently made a large order. Kudos to Hope Health Suppliers..

These masks are not well made, and split from the bottom, making them useless. It happened on each mask I wore.

Online transaction date was January 21, 2022 Order A ----KN95 Masks - Black / 15 Pack × 1 31.99 Order B----KN95 Masks - Black - 10 Pack × 1 24.99 Total 56.98 The order process was confusing because after Order A was completed, a new window popped up showing a $24.99 price. I thought I was getting a decrease in price for Order A. After Order B was completed by mistake, I realized the error so, within minutes of my receiving the two confirmation e-mails, I replied to Hope Health Supply Company “Cancel order”. I have e-mailed them at least five times. No one from the company ever contacted me about my cancellation request. When I received the package at the post office. I immediately took it to the postal employee and told her that I refused to accept this package. She then handled it from there. I do not have any merchandise. I should not have to pay for merchandise that I do not have. Hope Health Supply should have the merchandise in its possession. Also I could not find anywhere on its website where I could cancel the order. Since I don't have the merchandise and Hope Health has my money, as far as I am concerned Hope Health stole my money. That crazy company is still sending me e-mails to purchase more products. Thank you.

I like the masks. The ear straps are a bit tight for me and irritate the cartilage behind my ears. Over the last 2 years, the strap of least one mask in each bag breaks when I first put it on, or the strap are already broken when bag is opened. This means I lose a lot of money, because my family members wear masks in all public spaces.Your quality control is quite poor.

Hope Health supplies masks of quality. I just received my second order of KN95 masks from them. My order was processed and delivered promptly. The masks fit and work well. (I like to keep one in my purse and several in my car.) I would definitely recommend these KN95 masks from Hope Health.
