What A Disappointment!
We’ve been ordering KN-95 masks from Hope Heealthy Supply for over three years without a problem until the last order. The vast majority of the last order of masks were defective – one or both of the straps broke as soon as we tried to put them on. Have been trying to get a refund or replacement from Hope Health Supply for about a week with no success.What a disappointment!

Quality and comfort
Masks came quickly. I have ordered both black and white K-95s and they are very well made and comfortable to wear. Rarely there will be a mask that the ear cords snap apart. My daughter is immuno-compromised so we hope to be long time customers.

Some of the KN95 masks I received did…
Some of the KN95 masks I received did not have the bendable metal around the nose, others did (as they were supposed to); quality seems to have gone down.

great customer service
The lady who helped me was extremely courteous and even "went the extra mile" to check your warehouse for the possible availability of the mask in the color I wanted. This type of positive customer service is so rare these days, but so much appreciated. I will definitely continue dealing with your company! Thanks!
