Ever since my first order at the beginning of the Covid Pandemic the quality has been consistent. Orders are received in a timely manner and tracking is provided. Now, it's 2024 and I'm still ordering from Hope Health because I can be confident the masks will be made of good quality and feel comfortable.

I have ordered many times from Hope Supply. I bought 15 masks and like how they are now individually wrapped. However, I was disappointed on the quality of the mask. I bought KN95 and they definitely are not as thick as they used to be. Did you change formula how you make them? I am wondering if they now give me the same protection from viruses.

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave this review. We are so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the inventory you received. The masks that you have are 5-layers of protection, like any KN95 mask we offer on our site. A member of a customer service team has reached out to you via email to discuss this more and work towards a resolution with you! Please be on the lookout for their email.

I am very pleased with the Hope Health KN95 face masks. I am a resident in a Senior facility and whenever I leave my apartment and walk along the hallways, out in open areas, I wear the KN95 face mask.
