James, we apologize about your frustration that others have not experienced with a Sixt rental. We are shocked that you say we are scamming people when we have communicated openly and honestly with you, in addition to PAYING YOU A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF CASH BACK, including on a prior Sixt car rental! That said, customer service will reach out to you once more to hopefully resolve your concern. Update 2/10/23 - James, as promised, we reached out to you and provided a full resolution on your issue. We would appreciate honest feedback.

We pay our members quarterly, based on transactions in their account that have cleared 90 days. If you have transactions that have met this criteria, and your balance is above our minimum payment threshold, your cleared balance will be paid out at our next pay period. In addition, please make sure your payment information is up to date in your account at all times. Zeeshan, thank you for reaching out. We have reviewed your account, and unfortunately Walmart did not report any purchases to us for your account. There is nothing to be skeptical about. We process thousands of purchases with Cash Back Rewards each day, and have a customer service system in place to resolve any rare missing orders. Based on our review, your missing purchase was never reported to us, so the first we heard about it was in this public forum, and we have no information to bring resolution aside from a public complaint. If you would like to provide your order information through the form provided on our website, we would be happy to review and contact Walmart on your behalf in order to resolve.
