We pay our members quarterly, based on transactions in their account that have cleared 90 days. If you have transactions that have met this criteria, and your balance is above our minimum payment threshold, your cleared balance will be paid out at our next pay period.  In addition, please make sure your payment information is up to date in your account at all times. We are sorry to hear you are having this experience with us. There are a few reasons you receive different cash back rates from the amount listed on our site for a particular merchant. Some merchants have terms and conditions, where certain items qualify for less than the base amount. These are listed on the merchants page. As for transactions "disappearing completely," this usually happens if there are returns or exchanges on the item, or order cancellations. All of our support ticket emails are typically responded to in the first 24-48 hours. If you have not received an update to your ticket, it is usually on the merchants end, as it can take weeks sometimes months for them to reply to inquiries, due to the high volume they get.

We are sorry to hear you are having this experience with us. Transactions "disappearing completely," usually happens if there are returns or exchanges on the item, or order cancellations. If you opened a support ticket regarding this, we are possibly still waiting for a response from the merchant. This cant take some time, as they get a high volume of inquiries.

We are sorry to hear you are having this experience with us. All of our support ticket emails are typically responded to in the first 24-48 hours. If you have not received an update to your ticket, it is usually on the merchants end, as it can take weeks sometimes months for them to reply to inquiries, due to the high volume they get. As stated in our terms and conditions, we do our best to accurately post data that is sent to us from our merchants. Our support ticket systems it to allow our members to report missing orders. Once we submit them, we send you and update once we hear from them.
