First of, do not order from this company! I had ordered a chrismas themes sweater from them for €50. A pretty big sum for a sweater. It allrived about 5 weeks later. The quality was extremely poor. Synthetic and very course. THere were also dark stains on the sweater wich were not part of the print. I contacted the customer support. At first they did not want to accept a return. I had to give them al sorts of information and photos etc. They tried to make it very difficult and a lot of work for even to accept a return. I had to press them several times and even had to slap EU return policy law in their face to even get them to accept the return. After 6 mails I recieved a return addres. It was in the USA and I had to buy the label myself, only when they would recieve the package they would concider returning my money. Shipping from eu to usa is about €25. So meanwhile ill be down a total off €75 before even seeing any of it return. This is a godawull fraudulent company, do not order here, you will be dissapointed!

I ordered a ordered a Xmas sweater from Hooktab for my work Xmas party. I knew that it was a printed and not knitted product, but as I appeared to be ordering from a US site, I was confident the quality would be good. I am in the UK and I wanted something a bit different. The first major red flag was when I got the tracking details and instead of shipping from the US, it was coming from China, so I wasn't entirely surprised when the "sweater" that arrived was dire quality. You can't really call it a sweater, it's thin, shiny polyester fabric. The finish is nothing like shown on the website. The stitching and print are very poor, with white patchy areas at the seams and the actual proportions of the garment would make for a poor fit on most people. I emailed Hooktab for a return and refund and it was immediately obvious that they weren't going to be easy to deal with. There were emails back and forth between us for days. They made poor excuses about the manufacturing process and offered me a 20% refund. I told them to compare the photos of the shirt they sent with the ones on their site and they offered me a 40% refund. They only refunded me when I told them I would raise a case against them with my bank/PayPal. Their offers are all the more laughable seeing that they've recently been running a site wide 40% off sale. The whole experience was stressful and I would strongly discourage anyone from buying from this site. You will get similar quality from Temu for a fraction of the price Hooktab are charging.

The Xmas sweater arrived when it should. But the quality of fabric is horrible and the collar around the neck is so wide it just looks wierd, big disappointment.

Scam. The products are not real photos.

Purchased from them because website said located in New Mexico but Cole to find out the merchandise is coming from overseas and it takes up to 30 days for arrival. I needed my products far sooner and if the company would've said it's not made in America I wouldn't have purchased from them. My family Christmas photos are ruined because of the lies they placed on their website. Do not shop with these liars. I don't care about your comment it was still delivered too late and it came from overseas when your website clearly stated NEW MEXICO. IF I WAS MADE AWARE THAT IT WAS COMING FROM OVERSEAS I WOULDN'T HAVE ORDERED BECAUSE IT STILL ARRIVED TOO LATE AND MY DAUGHTER'S SWEATER IS STILL NOT HERE SO DONT GIVE ME THAT BS TALKING BOUT CHECK MY EMAIL YOUR STILL A FRAUD WITH SAYING NEW MEXICO BECAUSE IT DONT TAKE 15 PLUS DAYS TO SHIP NOTHING FROM NEW MEXICO SO STOP WITH YOUR LIES PLEASE YOUR COMPANY IS TRASH AND FALSE ADVERTISE ABOUT YOUR LOCATION WHICH DEFINITELY HINDERS TIMING OF THE ORDER BEING DELIVERED. YOU'RE STILL MISSING THE POINT OF MY COMPLAINT BUT DONT WORRY I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN AND I ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO ORDER

Wish I read these reviews before ordering, its been 3 weeks and still nothin has ben sent - they dont reply to your emails - will contact my bank if not here in 7 days

Terrible return policy, I bought 3 shirts and they won't refund me. The shirts are made too big. Very disappointed in this company.
