Ordered a month ago, still haven't received the sweater.

I placed my order, HTB363227, on November 24 and USPS tracking indicated that the order was awaiting USPS pickup in Fairfield, NJ on November 26. Since then, the order has not moved. I checked USPS tracking the morning of December 18 and it says it is awaiting pickup in Fairfield, NJ. I cannot recommend this company on any level and even should I received my item, I will never use this company again.

Ordered 25.november, and still not arrived, so I will need to find other gifts for Christmas.

Please, please, please don’t buy from this company! I wish I’d read the reviews before losing £80 to them. I was blinded by nostalgia for Christmas Vacation and ordered three jumpers. What arrived? Printed bin bags masquerading as clothing. I politely messaged them, explaining the items were nothing like the photos or descriptions. They responded, asking for pictures and promised to help if the items were as bad as I described. I sent the photos. They agreed the jumpers were awful but bent over backward not to refund me. First, they offered a measly 20% refund. Then 40%. But I insisted on a full refund. Instead of resolving it, they skipped negotiations altogether and tried to tempt me with a discount to buy more of their toot! £80 it cost me to learn this lesson! If you can’t see or touch it before buying, don’t. Unless it’s from a trusted UK seller with glowing reviews, steer clear! Please learn from my mistake… I’ve paid for it so you don’t have to.

Super cheap quality. NOT a sweater. It's a sweatshirt (low quality one at that) with low grade printing on it. Don't waste your time or money.

Still haven't received my sweaters...they showed shipped well over a month ago...our ugly sweater part was 4 weeks ago...good thing o ordered early. I'd give a better rating bit there isnt anything to rate

They seem to be a illegitimate company.. made a purchase/order close to a month ago. All that I have to show for up to this point is a shipping label created over 15 days ago. tried to contact them about the order status...no response, tried to ask for a refund no response . what really set me over the edge was repeatedly sending me emails to review the products that I never receive. When I leave a review on their website they take it down , I guess to keep up false appearances
