Much like everyone else I ordered a shirt on Nov 29th and I still haven't received it. All they keep saying is they'll continue to look into it and they refuse to give a refund until it's been 30 business days. Not just days, but business days. This group is a scam.

Would give zero stars if possible. Order never showed up, and according to the tracking number they gave me it never reached the post office.

I wish I could give these people zero stars. I placed my order on November 27, 2024 (order #HTB365756) for a Christmas sweater and still have not received it! At this rate Christmas will be here before I even recive the item. Each time I go to check the status of my order it says "Arrives Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item." This site is a joke. Don't order anything if you want it any time soon. UPDATE: Received my order shortly after posting this review. I still would not recommend using this site. The customer service and quality of the product leaves a lot to be desired.

Order HTB355701 was placed November 15, still not arrived. This is the second review I’ve been asked to place before the item has even come in. Supposedly I am getting a $30 credit off my next order for writing this review, but I don’t even want it.

Took 3 weeks to receive my item. I ordered one sweater but received and was billed for 2. When I inquired about returning one for a refund, I was told they couldn't do that but offered me a 30% refund, which I received but was not satisfied with. I will not be ordering anything else from them.

Where is a NEGATIVE star when you need it!!!! Avoid the headache...Buy from a US company. We ordered 2 sweaters Nov 27th. They send what looks like some bogus tracking information..in a nutshell, says has been in NJ moving back and forth among 'Shipping Partners' 8 times since Nov 27th...and so far USPS has NOT gotten it in its possession. If I could upload a screenshot, I would!! What a scam.
