I placed my order a week ago. My wife immediately said we needed more so I placed a second order to avoid slowing the process. During the week, my package tracking feature activated & gave me an estimated delivery date of next week You could’ve knocked me over with a feather when BOTH packages arrived today (Saturday) they fit, theyre well liked & we couldn’t be happier! Our experience has been one of excellent response and world-class customer experience. And the neck gaiters we ordered are fabulous! They are soft and light weight; not hot. I do recommend if you have a smaller face frame, to order a youth size. But overall, we are very pleased with our product and will be ordering more!

I just received my order of four Hook 360 Neck Gaiters and, in addition to being beautiful designs, they are stitch finished at each end of the Gaiter "tube". Other competing brands do not finish their Gaiter tubes thusly, and look cheap, as though they were simply sliced off. I will most definitely be buying more Hook 360 merchandise for its cool designs and obviously superior workmanship.

Although the made a mistake on my order...Customer service was very professional and is making it right by sending me the right gaiter..I also love how comfortable and breathable they are...Perfect for the gym..Thank you HOOK 360

We absolutely love our gaters! Having to wear masks in public now, we have been using these! My husband even uses them for work, he works in a warehouse and says they are comfortable in the heat!

My husband works for an aerospace company in Boca Chica, Tx and wanted some neck gaiters to hand to some of the guys on the crew. I found Hook 360 and thought "what a deal!" Their prices are great. So how is the quality? The guys out here in the south Texas heat have given them their seal of approval. They are lightweight and breathable. We've got quite the collection of neck gaiters and these are our now the favorite. I can even wear one on my smaller head without having to keep pulling it up over my nose. Hook 360 has also had some of the best customer service I've experienced with a company. Thank you for being personable, listening and caring. I will be recommending and be a lifelong customer.
