Great Quality of the product, maybe the time of wait can be improved
I receive the product in perfect state, but the time of wait was a bit too long so 4 stars for that

Thank you very much for your support and for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re really glad to hear that both items arrived in perfect condition and that you’re satisfied with the product quality. Regarding the waiting time, we sincerely appreciate your patience. As both items in your order were pre-order products, they can only be shipped once they arrive from the manufacturer, which may sometimes result in longer waiting periods than expected. We truly understand this can be inconvenient and are continuously working with our suppliers to improve pre-order timing and updates. Thank you again for your understanding and support—we hope to serve you again in the future!
