Regarding the delivery time, some of the products in your order were pre-order items, which means their arrival depends on the manufacturer’s production and release schedule. To ensure you wouldn’t have to wait too long to receive anything, we arranged partial shipments so that available items could reach you earlier. As for the remaining item (15cm Q Version Plushie – Phainon), it only recently arrived at our warehouse, and we arranged shipment immediately upon arrival to avoid any delay. Regarding your 2026 Lightyear Chronicle Weekly Planner, as this was a pre-order item, the shipping schedule is determined by the manufacturer’s production and logistics. Unfortunately, this is something we don't have direct control over. The manufacturer processes orders in batches based on the pre-order timeline, and your order was part of the batch that arrived at our warehouse in February 2026. As soon as it arrived, we immediately arranged for shipment to prevent any delays. In the meantime, we’re glad to hear that the recipient is happy with the planner!
