I preordered the Kafka Mechanical Keyboard. It arrived in early January 2024 as per estimated delivery. Good customer support. I forgot to apply the first time purchase discount code for 10% off. I emailed them, they agreed to refund 10% once the keyboard is shipped. Overall, great experience with honkai.shop. Highly recommended for those who want official HSR merchandise but could not directly order from miHoYo store.

Website was easy to use and information was clear. Shipping was surprisingly fast all things considered. Good selection of merch.

Their QC of Fan made products ( atleast statues ) are lacking and very deceptive. To begin with you should always be careful with 3rd party "pre-order" products, if you suspect something let it be unexplained delay or other sites selling the same products bringing up doubts in you about your product, ask for a refund or refund it WITHIN 6 months via paypal. What i meant by deceptive, is that they will still ship you a product if it doesn't look like what you paid for and not inform you about the change, if you aren't perceptive enough, you might end up with a product you did not purchase ( they have no clause saying product may differ from advert ).

Pom Pom plush came in and was in great condition and packaged well!
