Hands down the best vacuum I’ve ever bought. I have a dog that sheds a lot. After a couple passes, all the hair comes up even from out the carpet fibers. It’s easy to use and glides across every surface. I would warn you that the normal setting when you turn it on has very good suction power so if your rug comes up easily, you can quickly lower the setting so you don’t suck up your rug. I’d get this for friends and family who needed a vacuum.

I have an x7 vacuum and it’s truly super. I bought one for my mother first and I only tried it once before I knew I had to have one. The customer service is awesome too! I needed new filters because I accidentally vacuumed some sand with asbestos contamination and it was so easy to order the replacement filters online. I highly recommend Horniture for your vacuum cleaner!

Wir haben bereits länger Zeit einen S12 Staubsauger. Und haben um einen x7 erweitert. Beide Varianten sin hervorragend für den schnellen Einsatz zu gebrauchen. Die austauschbaren Akkus sind perfekt. So kann ein Akku aufladen während der Staubsauger mit einem zweiten Akku genutzt werden kann. Wir nutzen die Staubsauger im Busunternehmen um die Sitze und den Teppich kurzfristig reinigen zu können. Die Staubsauger sind sehr kompakt zu verstauen, was für uns sehr wichtig ist. Wir werden auch weiterhin auf Honiture setzen.

I have sent several emails to different support addresses, but I have not received any response. I purchased the S13 vacuum cleaner on Amazon with a 3-year warranty. Unfortunately, it is now no longer charging with the original charger.

Love this product, it’s everything we hoped it would be. Definitely worth the cost. Have two Rottweilers and it does a fantastic job job with all the hair.
