The salmon is healthy and delicious! The whole family loves it including kids, parents, grandparents and friends! I only wish I could buy locally in the Denver area to save shipping costs.

Excellant smoked product and very consistant!

When the fish arrived the ice packs had melted and the fish was barely cool. I ordered the product to serve on July 4th. I immediately emailed the company to ask if the fish was safe to eat. No response. I emailed a second time. No response. I did not appreciate being completely ignored when I was concerned that the product might make my family and guests deathly ill.

This is honestly the best fish I've ever had. Period. I can't get enough of it. To tell you how good it is, I cannot purchase it where I live. So, I had it shipped to me while I was visiting the U.S. Then, I packaged it in my suitcase in its original styrofoam cooler and ice packs (along with some additional insulation and ice packs). I flew 3,500 miles back home with it and opened a package to enjoy as soon as I got there. I stuck the rest in the freezer as I hope to save it for future special occasions. That's how good it is.
