Product aside, I haven't even received it yet so this review is not based on that. First, I have to download a new app just to track my shipment. Secondly, I ordered this item early Friday June 23, and the order didn't even process until Wednesday and currently it is the following Thursday and USPS says they haven't received the package for shipment. I emailed the company about this poor shipping time and I only got an automatic response. Poor customer service. Do better. I am dreading that this product is dead on arrival or stops working soon after, imagine replacing it will be like pulling teeth with pliers

I expected faster delivery times. I placed an order Friday morning and part of the order isn’t due until Monday, July 3. The other part of the order hasn’t even shipped yet.
