Only 1 of the 3 items ever arrived. I Tried calling and no one would answer. No option to leave a message on the 1st number. 2nd number left a message and no one got back to me. I emailed and still no response. I did get some kind of message saying I'm getting another shipment. I have no idea if they resolved it or if this is my 2 missing items. Not happy and will probably never order again.

The products are amazing. My wife really enjoyed what we got, however it was about 10 days after I ordered before my items arrived and I was missing one item (the item that caused me to order in the first place). Everything was listed as shipped, so when I contacted customer support I had to jump through “hoops” to get them to agree to send the missing item. They told me that they have “sent the information over for a reship” and I would “get updated shipping information”. That was almost a week ago and I have heard nothing from them and received no shipment information.
