Tread Lightly
I took a shot on this company despite the negative reviews because I believe that one can learn from mistakes, even as a company. BAD IDEA! I ordered two items on 5/29. One came on 6/9, the other was crossed out. When I inquired, support very quickly informed me it would arrived the following week AFTER my birthday. I let them know of my disappointment and said okay. On 6/20, the official website requested a review on both items. I reached out to support AGAIN and was informed that my second item would take 1-2 days to ship. It is now the 6/26, I’ve received no updated tracking information, nor have I received my item or a refund after asking about it in two separate emails. I will be reporting this company to the BBB and the FTC. I would like others customers to be aware of the pitfalls that follow when shopping here. Update: 6/26/23 Received my second item just now. I will update you all on my thoughts concerning it, as well as post one to their site. I also will forego the complaints to the authorities and just chalk this up as a bad experience. Despite the soured nature of it overall, I appreciate the follow through HPB, better late then never. So far the best thing about your brand is the customer service and that deserves a star all its own.

OK so..
OK so... I was fully prepared to give you less than five stars. Only because the delivery took longer than selected four to five days. However I just experienced the best orgasm I've ever had in my life using the sky suction and vibration male masturbator and the royal thrusting prostate and perineum massager. Okay so with that being said I wish I got mine a week earlier like I should have so I can experience this orgasm a week earlier but it was well worth the wait. I will probably regift that extra gift I got because it's not going to do me any good those other two blew my mind!!
