Dear William, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We genuinely appreciate your input, and we're sorry that the product didn't meet your expectations regarding providing the sensations you were hoping for. Our KAI 2 is a sucking masturbator, it doesn't have a thrusting feature, if you prefer the product with thrusting, I would recommend our WARRIOR. Your feedback is invaluable as it helps us continually improve our products to serve our customers better. We will certainly consider your comments as we make adjustments. Sincerely, HoneyPlayBox Customer Service Center

Dear Jessica, I'm extremely sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience with our customer service and delivery. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused you. Your order has been already expedited by Fedex Express. The reason for the delay is that your order was flagged as medium to high risk. This may be due to typos in the billing address, an incorrect CVV, mismatched shipping and billing addresses, or discrepancies with the credit card's registered address., we have sent several emails to the email address you left and have not received a reply. Upon receiving your call we sent out your package as soon as we could and it is now in transit. Please understand our policy that we must confirm the authenticity and security of the orders to avoid fraudulent transactions that may affect the credibility of both parties. Thank you for your support and understanding. Sincerely, HoneyPlayBox Customer Service Center

Dear Michael, I'm very sorry to hear your item is defective. Can you please provide me with a short video of you turning it on and pressing the buttons to "change modes" to show us how it's malfunctioning? Please ensure to hold down the on button for 5 seconds as that's how long it can take to activate the battery. We require a video to review in order to fulfill our warranty policy. Thanks for your support. Best Regards Honeyplaybox customer service team
