Worst company I have ever purchased from! I ordered 4 Honey Noir products during a buy 1 get 1 free promotion, so 8 products total. 4 products were shipped, and when I received them I reached out to the company to let them know they sent a completely different brand and I only received 4/8 products. They said the products sent are regional products. Why would I order something if a mystery product will be sent not what I intended to purchase? I paid for a specific product for a reason. They offered to resend the correct products or refund the purchase but never did. It's been months and they always respond that they're reviewing the claim. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This company is scamming you out of your money and laughing all the way to the bank. Placed my order back in July and there has been no updates on tracking, and obviously there is a bot responding to messages, because there has been no followup despite my many emails to them. PLEASE think twice before parting with your money and buying this nonexistent product - I know I will never get mine back!!

SCAM ALERT: My order arrived with an item missing. I have been in contact with “customer service” for almost three months now. They have repeatedly failed to send the missing item or refund me, despite countless promises to do so.

When the products came, I realized they were from China. Now I wonder about the ingredients and the purity. The lipstick is not long-lasting. And the color is way too dark for me. It's not a great one-size-fits-all lipstick.

I received the two lipsticks, decided they would probably be too pink for me so didn't open them and wanted to return them. I contacted the company upon receipt as per their return policy and they have literally ghosted me. They are not legitimate. I even took it through Paypal and they refused. They're a scam. Don't waste your money.

Scam! Ordered two in May. Shipping looked shady and “returned to sender” with no reason mentioned. Have emailed company several times for a refund and they keep sending generic emails saying they are looking into it. They confirmed the products were never shipped. What else is needed to look into??

My order was shipped from China and MADE IN CHINA-- on the packaging. Their marketing says "Made in the USA." I questioned this when my tracking said "mainland China" (then spent some time getting through US customs, about 2 weeks to deliver). They said it to fulfill orders in territories faster-- Yeah, I'm in the UNITED STATES. However, the shipping label says "Jamaica, NY" --tracking showed VERY different. There are ingredient discrepancies of what they touted and what arrived. Customer Service justified that some products ARE MANUFACTURED elsewhere and still a comparable product. I do NOT feel safe using this. It arrived with different branding: "Lakerain." And the product seems smaller than what they show: videos on social media show a larger tube. They have a "60 day free trial" for the product (and I think they need to rewrite the copy there) and no questions asked if you are not satisfied. When you want to refund/return: customer service says they'll look into it and you hear NOTHING. Also, website has no terms of service, privacy policy, etc that is the norm for legit businesses in the United States. They do not have a legit address and contact that you would use if you needed to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This MAY NOT BE A UNITED STATES COMPANY. So, when things did not add up, they changed their story to justify. I question everything about this company: Ethics, ingredients, practices. I WISH I could have gotten the product advertised. It was far from it. I just cannot trust using a product when everything has turned out to be misleading. Hopefully, someone on E t s y makes a dupe with natural, safe ingredients.

The company advertised buy one get one for free. They charged me $25 and sent me one!! That is stealing. It is lipgloss. It does t have a staying power, at all!! I'd never spend 25 for lip gloss. I gave it a try because I got one for free. I told them hey seemed to lose my email, then my name, I text them 4 or 5 times. I still haven't heard from them. Quite a profit if they steal enough from trusting people!! I would rate them a 0 if I could. Im getting a hold of the attorney general so they'll know what these people are doing. U give them all your info!! Beware!!
