I love honey noir. I used it when in my 20’s. I am very happy with it

Back in April 2025 I ordered two lip glosses, I never received the product but they said I did. For months I emailed with them back and forward, they kept saying they would process my refund with urgency. It is now December 2025, they are no longer responding to my emails and I have not gotten my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY WILL KUST TAKE YOUR MONEY.

I should’ve known when I said tracking number might take 1 to 3 business days but it’s been two weeks no tracking number no order confirmation email no product and apparently they have no telephone number to contact customer service either all they offer issued to submit your information to a link. I hope somebody reaches out to you AFTER all this I feel ridiculous cause then I convince to Google the company to find out. It’S a scam.

I placed my order for two lipsticks. One quick acknowledgment of the order w/o an order # and nothing since; no order status, nothing. You can't even reach them by phone. I started to think I was taken and looked at the Trust Pilot reviews, and after seeing all the one star reviews, I knew it was a scam and I was duped. Luckily, I used a credit card and I've started a dispute to get a credit. Lesson learned.

THEY LIE ON THE FACEBOOK PAGE AND CLAIM THEY HAVE FIVE STARS ON TRUST PILOT!

I was excited to try Honey Noir, as I have been a big fan of Clinique's Black Honey Almost Lipstick for years, but I was intrigued by Honey Noir's claims of pure ingredients, Made in USA, and great deal (Buy 2, Get 2). When my order arrived, I was completely disappointed for the following reasons: 1) Product clearly labeled "Made in China". 2) The product is packaged with the product name "lakerain", both on the box and the lipstick case itself. The name "Honey Noir" does not appear anywhere on the product. 3) Despite their claim of customer satisfaction and 60 days to try the product and get a refund, I wasted my time emailing back and forth with Customer Service saying that they "understand my concern" and "understand my frustration" and promising to "make it right" -- and never sending me any return or refund information. This went on for over 2 weeks. Everything they advertised is false. So very disappointed!

I ordered the lipstick with the free lipliner. I received the lipliner but not lipstick. I advised them right away, I keep getting the same messages stating they are looking into it. But nothing else.

I had orderes on sept 30th its now nov 1 and nothing recd i have been sending messages to the company to refund and they keep saying they look into this and still nothing to recd..no number to call them..
