I would give them zero stars if I could!! I ordered the lipsticks from them. I realized immediately that it was in US dollars. I contacted them immediately and was told I would get a refund because the order had not been processed. That was July 20th. It is now Oct 24th. When contacted, you receive AI generated responses, and then you are ghosted repeatedly. This will go on until they will not refund because you are past the 60 days. You will never speak to a customer service rep!! This company is out to scam anybody they can! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!! I never received the product.!!!

Buyer beware… This company simply steals your money . If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. My order was held by the post office due to counterfeit shipping and I have emailed back-and-forth at least 10 times with no resolution. I am continuously told that my order is being escalated within customer service but it is all a lie. This is hands-down the worst company I have ever ordered from.

They sent the wrong item. I contacted them and they said they would get back to me bit heard nothing. I ordered the colored matching lipstick and got 2 tones of a really dark lip balm. Dont trust them, its a scam!

I was excited to receive the lipstick. The add says NOT MADE IN CHINA Then you see the package was shipped from China and the package says made in China. I don't care if it is from China but why lie? Why give false information?

your company is fraudulent. A robot was constantly responding with scripted same over and over statements to no avail. I tried to return product and spent at least a month trying to get a response where to return it too and never got a response. I opened an American express dispute and miraculously honey noir sent documentation stating return policy yet never gave me info to return. I am so angry that this fraudulent company got even a penny of my money for toxic lipstick listed as non toxic ingredients

The order took 3 weeks to arrive. When it arrived and I opened one package the lipstick stick fell out of the tube. I requested a return. I have had to request it three times and still have not received a shipping label. They keep saying refunds are issued within 60 days but then they give you the run around and “send” you to another dept for the return. It’s ridiculous

pigment is nothing like they shown on website. lipstick case cracked within a couple of days. its fraud!

Ordered several lipsticks, no tracking update for three weeks, finally showed movement. Almost two months later showed it's been delivered but not to me. Who know where it is. Have exchanged multiple emails with the company where they assured a refund or sending it out again with escalation to a higher customer service support. None of this happened. They're just liars. Would never purchase from here again.
