Loving HoneyBook! It is making my transition of expanding my business a breeze. 10/10 would recommend!

It’s good but not worth the price. It’s lacking a lot of useful features, if you want invoicing and contracts there are cheaper options.

The setup is a little daunting...I haven't fully figured it out! BUT I love the custom look of the proposals, contracts, services, and invoices! I wish you could move the text boxes and images/logos a little more freely on the page!

It's an okay service but too expensive for what is offered. The monthly fees are too much, and the transaction fees are too much. I will be looking for another provider.

The interface is modern, but the click-through experience is annoying: to quickly check details written on a contract, it's just too many clicks. It is also confusing how to create a following invoice. Template management is not optimal. And to be honest, I had to explain to clients that the email they received from HB is from us and that they need to click on the link at the bottom of the message to open the contract, sign and pay. It actually causes delays and more work for me. For what it does, I think it is also quite pricey: $18/month plus for every payment that comes through 2.9% + $0.25. That fee should be a capped amount like banks do. That alone drives me looking around for other solutions. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate paying for convenience, but this calculation makes the platform really costly over time. It's a hidden payment you probably don't think about at first.

It’s cheeky to not allow other ways for people to pay besides the business having to reiterate to to the client. You should have way more options for small businesses who don’t want/can afford to pay another fee on money paid on top of the platform fees.
