My experience with Honest pet was wonderful. I felt very taken care of throughout the entire process. First, Sue called me almost immediately, and she was very patient when trying to help me select my puppy. she showed me three different dogs, and then I ended up selecting my chocolate cavapoo. Honestly, the video call also brought this entire experience to life. Her personality is so sweet and hyper. I could just tell she had such a big personality, that I got her right then and there. Anyway, everything was so seamless, and an honestpet lady sent me an updated video right before my baby was delivered. I completely fell in love with my dog, and I am so grateful for this experience!

I had a good experience. I was surprised with the quick responses, and everyone contacted me quickly, usually. What made me go with this company was more their breeders. I did not want to get my dog from a puppy mills. I am very pro ethical animals. I did my research, which is what made me choose Honestpet. Suzy told me that the dogs were picked by the founders of Honestpet and they are all genetically tested. I took my dog to the vet and my vet cleared him too, after I adopted him. So all is good there. Transportation was fine. I wish I got more updates, but the once every two days messages/calls were fine. It was an ok process. The dog got here at night, and he was very happy. Look into honest pet, and you’ll be surprised to see they are of the most moral dog brokers out there. I got that verified 100% after the dog was delivered. And I am happy about it!

Inhumane transportation of these poor puppies. Cages not big enough. Not allowed out of their cages during the delivery process which can be as much as 12+ hours. Do not facilitate this inhumane treatment of these poor puppies. See google review for photographic evidence.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel as if my wonderful experience should be documented. I was previously scammed out of a $8k French Bulldog, which left my husband and I with so much hesitation on online puppy platforms. However, not only was Stormi so friendly and easy to work with, she herself had experience with breeding puppies herself! My husband and I just felt so at ease with the whole experience, and we ended up adopting a new French bulldog, less than what we were scammed out of. Brooke also deserves a shoutout as well. She taught me how to properly care for a puppy and how to crate train my new dog! If you are feeling skeptical, let go of it and you won’t regret giving Honestpet a try.

I purchased a Cavapoo from Honestpet a couple weeks ago. However, although I was happy that my puppy was adorable and in great health, the thing that really sets Honestpet apart is their customer service. Brooke was a gem. After my Cavapoo arrived home, she was always quick to respond to my messages, and even helped me potty train my puppy upon arrival. I am still contact with Brooke till this day (and even other members of our team). I couldn’t recommend it more.

Brooke was wonderful. She was extremely helpful, very charming and a real pleasure to work with.
