Inhumane transportation of these poor puppies. Cages not big enough. Not allowed out of their cages during the delivery process which can be as much as 12+ hours. Do not facilitate this inhumane treatment of these poor puppies. See google review for photographic evidence.

We received our precious Franchie Bulldog on June 11, 2026. She arrived looking not well at all. We took her the next day to the Vet Hospital. She tested positive for: Giardia, Metronidazole, Round worms, whip worms, and Isospora. I asked Honest Pet to give me all records of her shots and vaccines. All I received was that she had had a rabies vaccine on June 9th and that was it. Unexcusable for a 7 month old not to have any shots or vaccines. Honest Pet did not get in touch with me until 8 days later to check in. Today, June 19th, she is starting to get better and we are so very thankful that we saved her. If any of you are thinking about adopting a dog from Honest Pet, I hope you really research the Breeder.

Overcharged me $1,900 more than if I’d bought directly from breeder. Price per HonestPet was $3,700; price from breeeder was $1,795. I suppose I should have asked who the breeder was, but I’m not sure they would have told me because then I would not have purchased my puppy from them. I have pictures of the price on HonestPet and from the breeder. I only found out because the vaccination records were in a folder with the breeders name on it when he was delivered. Pretty sure they overcharged me for delivery too. $550 dollars! They did have to drive from Ohio to Texas so maybe it’s reasonable, but it should have been included in the inflated price. I get that HonestPet has to make money, but that is ridiculous. They also misrepresented his adult weight as well as his parent’s weight. Dad was 17 pounds and mom was 16 pounds and the puppies projected adult weight was 15-17 pounds per the breeder. HonestPet indicated the mom was 15 pounds and the dad was 16 pounds and my puppies projected adult was 12-15 pounds. That may not seem like a big deal, but that is approximately an 18% increase between the average projected range from the breeder and the average projected range per HonestPet. I would not recommend purchasing from HonestPet. Wish I could give 0 star’s, but giving 1 star because my puppy is awesome.
