I had an amazing experience with Honest Pet when I bought my mini Australian Shepherd puppy, Blue. Before finding them, I almost got scammed by another company that refused to disclose the dog's age and seemed very dishonest, possibly running a puppy mill. My experience with Honest Pet was completely different and wonderful from start to finish. I got in touch with Julie, who was remarkably helpful and super friendly. She would hop on the phone with me, answer any questions I had, and made the entire process smooth. The payment and delivery were both easy and efficient. The delivery nanny was kind and very good with Blue, making sure he arrived safely and comfortably. One standout aspect was that I was able to speak directly with the breeder. This is quite unconventional, but because I was skeptical after my previous bad experience, Julie made this happen, which I deeply appreciated. Blue is an incredible puppy – well-behaved, healthy, and clearly well-cared for by the breeders. There was a bit of confusion about his exact breed and age, but we quickly resolved that and received all the correct documentation. Honest Pet even provided a friendly gift bag, which was a lovely touch. Overall, I felt good throughout the entire process and am now thrilled to have Blue home. My experience with Honest Pet was truly 10 out of 10. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring service when buying a puppy.

Honest like its name! I've been searching for a puppy for ages but I've always been skeptical of online pet websites. Honest Pet however went above and beyond my expectations. The entire team can be characterized as being kind supportive and understanding. I adopted a beautiful German Shepherd from their website and it was a super smooth process. The team members at Honest Pet (shout out to Julie) were in constant communication with me about the location of my dog and the ETA of its arrival. They even supplied me with some toys and goodies for my new pet. How fun!!! Can't recommend enough!!
