Newborn Formula issue
I recently ordered 24 ready-to-feed Similac Alimentum formulas from Honest Medical Supplies in early September. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating. The initial shipment I received was incomplete. Instead of the full 24 formulas, I only got a portion of my order. I immediately contacted Honest Medical Supplies to report the issue. The representative assured me that they would rectify the problem in the next shipment. However, the subsequent shipment was also incorrect. To my dismay, I was still missing eight formulas. I have reached out to the company multiple times, both by phone and email, to resolve this issue. The last communication I received from Honest Medical Supplies indicated that they would send me the remaining supply. However, I have yet to hear back and still do not have the full order I placed. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and customer service from Honest Medical Supplies. This is especially concerning as the formula I ordered is for my newborn baby, and I have been waiting over a month to receive the full supply. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable and timely delivery of medical supplies, especially when it comes to essential items for infants.
