Ordering was easy and fast
Ordering was easy and fast. Delivery was fast but carrier delivered my box to my next door neighbor and I had to pick it up at their house. The product is packaged well and is as shown online.

Not really their fault but I had a hard…
Not really their fault but I had a hard time figuring out what size finger splint I needed. Other than that, they were fabulous!! Fast shipping & decent price!

Great prices, great service
Honest Medical had great prices on what I ordered and I received my items a day earlier than estimated. They got my order out same/next day, depending on the time I placed my order. The reason I gave a four star instead of five was because I put the item description in the search bar exactly as I wanted it (with AG to include silver in the product) and what came up was the product without the silver. I should have been more observant and noticed that the AG was missing, but I hurriedly placed the order and got the wrong product. I did not catch my order until I opened the package, though - so that's on me. I would highly recommend Honest Medical - just be sure when you search for something that what comes up is the product you are actually wanting.

I was very sad to be unable to order…
I was very sad to be unable to order Ensure Clear Mixed Berry along with Apple since this combo has been sustaining my existence for so long. Being as dependent as I am on the Ensure Clear makes me anxious when there is such a change. I hope you are able to find a source for the mixed berry & be able to offer it again. As always my orders are handled efficiently & for that I am very grateful.
