I ordered a Transport Chair for my mom and didn’t realize it was too large for her. I immediately called the day it arrived. I was speaking with customer service and she asked me to hold while she located a smaller 17” seat. She hung up on me and never bothered calling me back or emailing me. I called back and spoke with someone else a couple days later and she gave an excuse and proceeded to tell me that they're working on the return label and would be sent to me in an email. Ive never seen an email from them and when i call, I'm on hold FOREVER! Ppl don't have time to spend on hold for over 20min. when you’re taking care of an elderly parent who needs constant attention. Im assuming this is how they deal with customers not being able to return anything within the 30day window! DO NOT but anything from this Company! NOT HONEST at all ☹️

Ordered an item online, then it was cancelled without an explanation.

We should have the opportunity to verify all details before making the final payment to avoid errors. For instance, I once discovered an incorrect delivery address only after payment had been made; since it could not be changed, the order was delivered to the wrong location. Even my last name is wrong — my last name is Lu, not LuLu.

I accidently put in the wrong delivery address and there wasn’t a way to cancel the order immediately online. I then sent a note thru the contact us. The next morning I called the customer service number and the woman was pleasant and told me she would try to cancel the order, but it may have already shipped. I looked on the tracking info and it had not. I looked mid day and still hadn’t shipped. Finally later I received an email that they were unable to cancel the order and it was shipped to the wrong address. Seems to me there was plenty of lag time that the order could have been cancelled. Now I have to go thru the hassle of returning and reordering.

First of all, the customer rep I spoke with was very kind. She did what she could with a terrible, dishonest customer guarantee policy. I had an inflatable pressure mattress that popped a hole 60 days after I purchased it. This should have been covered under their warranty policy. I was in an emergency – if you have pressure sores and the mattress breaks, you are in a real emergency situation. To my dismay, she told me that Honest Medical could not/would not immediately replace my defective mattress – instead, she said I had to call the actual manufacturer and gave me the number. This is not being honest. This is customer abandonment. If you are purchasing and selling an item and say you have a 90 day warranty on your products, then it is up to you, if you are honest and ethical, to be responsible for the products you carry. Instead, in an emergency, their customer abandonment policy led her to tell me that I needed to call the company that made the mattress. This is not just deceptive. It's outright unethical when you say you stand by your products. I had read on the reviews that other people had this mattress that broke and received the same treatment – this company would not stand by its product and instead routed them to a distant manufacturer. Guess what: it's true. Every word of it. If you purchase this product, make sure you also purchase some patches because guess what? They will not stand by their word and it's every person for themselves. Caveat emptor. THAT being said, the customer representative was very kind and I could tell she felt badly. Because I was in an emergency, I ended up purchasing a new one from them (how convenient for Honest Medical). She said that she would try to expedite the mattress and actually it did arrive about 18 hours later to my door. That customer representative needs a raise for needing to be in the trenches, stuck between a company with unethical policies about which she can do nothing and customers who are dismayed, heartbroken, and angry for being lied to. She did a great job. This company can do better.
