customer service person was very polite and caring and patient and stayed on the phone though out the long call and was 100% interested in making sure my order was correct. i definitely rate her 10 stars.

They didn't have enough product to fill…
The product was listed as in stock when I ordered it. However, a few days before the product was due to be delivered, they didn't have enough product to fill the order I was counting on and my order was cancelled.
