I've been a customer for about 3.5 to 4 years. No issues logging into my account until this new webpage design. I strongly recommend you amend the home page with a simple " existing customer login here" message. It'll simply the process. As for servicing and processing the order HonestMed is fantastic as usual. One business is faster. Pricing competitive and reasonable. Thank you. shipping.

Try them - you won't be sorry.
I have used for years with great experiences. Most recently I had an issue that required speaking with customer service and they were patient, thorough and helpful. Great prices, lightening fast delivery (in my area anyway)

Disappointing experience
Appalling service and disappointing system. I ordered supplies for my father who has a peg tube and paid the shipping fee to have it expedited. Unfortunately it has been 7 days after I ordered, item has not arrived. Just called them today and the order has just been received. What if that item was urgently needed for a wound? So sad. I was expecting more. Hope my item will arrive on time. Hope you fix your system.

There is nothing negative to say about…
There is nothing negative to say about your company. I have only done three orders, but always is fast and efficient. I placed an order on Monday late morning and when I came home from work Tuesday it had already been delivered. It would be amazingly better if you offered free shipping if you spend a certain amount. Not complaining. I just always look at companies that offer free shipping.
