there are some bugs on the app and website with purchasing new medications. I like the overall experience and I hope they get bigger to afford more customer service representatives like Melissa. I got stuck in a loop or filing queries with them getting no where. She reached out and was very active in fixing the issues and keeping constant communication which was relieving. I will recommend Hone to anyone who asks. And now that I know Melissa exists I feel more confident in recommending Hone.
