Fantastic doctor and was very personal and explained pros and cons of different treatment plans. Also too the time to breakdown different portions of the blood test and explain what everything meant and allowed me to ask any questions about treatments.

I feel blessed to have been paired up with Dr. Knight. She was incredibly kind, informative, and made it such a personalized experience. She answered any questions I had and took the time to explain my bloodwork to me. Hands down the best consult I have had with a doctor to date. Can’t recommend her or hone health enough!

The overall service Hone provides is excellent! The blood work was easy to schedule locally and the results came back within a few days. This is the most comprehensive blood work I have ever have done and it was very educational and made me aware of some dietary and fitness changes I needed to make ASAP. The doctor appt was easy to schedule but due to some technical difficulties had to rescheduled 3 times, which occurred over a 3 week period. Not earth shattering but definitely frustrating. But the Hone customer service team reached out over the phone as I requested, so I give the big points for respecting my concerns and calling me. Third time was a charm, but there were some issues with waiting that lead me to believe this was going to be a repeat of the first two missed appt.’s. A little patience on my part proved beneficial. I waited online until being re-directed to Google Meet, and then waited sidereal more minutes despite a troubling text that came in saying my meeting had started 5 minutes ago. It had not. The session did time out. But I chose to hang in there and rejoin. I waited several more minutes and about 10 or 15 min after the assigned time the appt with the doctor began. This is definitely something I would encourage Hone to look in to and address. It did cause uncertainty and loss of confidence for several weeks. The actual physician I spoke to was located in Hawaii but licensed in California. I found her to be very knowledgeable and professional and she took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and indulged me in some small talk.All in all the doctor was an excellent experience and I applaud Hone for choosing qualified doctors to speak with. This was Dr Christina. She made recommendations that I intend to follow up on and will move forward with the medication treatment she prescribed. She was no pressure and I honestly felt she respected my decision to choose when I was ready. I can’t speak to the actual medication or his it will affect me since I am not there yet. Maybe a future review to follow up will be offered and I can share honestly about that part of the experience.
