Got it taken care of…
The home warranty here was very quick and responsive to everything we were trying to do with our washer and dryer. The only problems that we ever faced were actually with finding an appliance person that would actually do the work since they did not have someone in our area. Additionally, had to call about the second check (for the washer), but once the problem was identified, we got the money within a few days.

Thanks for the feedback! We are working to build out our contractor network who will bill us directly - not always easy to find as some want payment at the time of service. Glad to hear you had an overall good experience!
