We have enjoyed Home Warranty Inc. They pay as promised according to their contract. Some contractors have hesitated with my repairs because they've been burnt by other crappy home warranty companies out there but NOT THIS ONE! Home Warranty pays their submitted claims quickly & my contractors who've completed my warranty repairs were absolutely surprised on how quickly they were paid. Give them a try, we've kept them since we purchased our home 11 years ago, we LOVE them! We've had about 7 succesful claims with them (recent 2 were from 2025). You always get to speak to a human being & they're very helpful with answering my questions!! If we ever purchase another home, this is the Home Warranty company we will use!
