Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand how frustrating it can be when coverage does not extend to a repair you expected to be covered. Our review found that the mini-split system was located in a detached structure on the property rather than the primary residence covered under the agreement. On August 26, 2026, a representative explained that detached structures require additional coverage, which was not included on the policy. Although we understand your disappointment, the claim determination was made in accordance with the coverage selected under the agreement. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns.
