Thank you for sharing this. We understand the frustration when additional work comes up once a repair is already underway. Based on the information provided at the time of approval, coverage was approved for the covered repair. When the additional labor expense was later submitted, it was reviewed separately according to the terms of the warranty plan. While we recognize this was not the outcome you hoped for, we appreciate the opportunity to review the additional charges and thank you for being a valued customer.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand your disappointment and recognize that replacing a wall oven can be a significant expense. Because the required part was no longer available, a settlement was approved in accordance with the terms and coverage limits of the home warranty agreement. While we realize this was not the outcome you were hoping for, we appreciate the opportunity to assist with the cost of repair or replacement. Thank you for being an HWI customer and for taking the time to share your feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand your disappointment with the out-of-pocket cost of the repair. After reviewing the claim, we provided the maximum benefit available under your agreement for the failed 2-ton compressor. We were also glad to have previously assisted with two other component failures on the same unit. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for being our customer.
