Based on the technician’s diagnosis, the failed component was associated with the refrigerator’s filtration and water-dispensing system, which is not covered under the Agreement. Based on your comments, it appears some of your concerns may relate to the home inspection company rather than the warranty coverage provided under your HWI agreement. As noted previously, one claim was approved and paid, and the appealed claim was reviewed with a response provided.
