The homeward business was very thorough. Homeward approved me and made the offer quick. They were very instructive and showed my status of the loan through the homeward online page. That was nice to see my progress as the home buying process was being conducted. The homeward team kept me the loop with my agent and they’re processing teams. I never felt out of the loop. Only issue I had was being contact by another homeward point-of-contact telling me I was behind on provide the paperwork multiple times even after I had confirmed with my customer service rep that I had provided all necessary info and informed the other employee she didn't need to be contacting me.
