We are greatful that we had a chance to secure our dream home using the cash offer process at Homeward. I am certain it's the only reason we won the bidding war. The buy back mortgage process was straightforward and we closed ahead of schedule.

In today's market a cash offer will put your offer at the top of the stack. Homeward allows you to do that. Overall our experience was positive, but there were some times when we felt that communication could have been more timely. Also, be sure to check your closing disclosure as we were charged twice for the convenience fee and it was not caught until the day of the closing.

Worth it! We had some bumps in the road, but pleased with the end result.
Moh
The process took longer than it needed to be, but I was overall satisfied with the product, the service and the value that Homeward offers. Will be using them again in a few months.
David
Made buying and selling of homes easy.
Ashley
Great working with the team at Homeward. We had a couple little misunderstandings, but things got taken care of and we were able to get our home pretty quickly.
Andrew
Great process that is huge for making sure you can be at the top of the offer list with cash. I recommend selling your own home fast because the rental rate from Homeward is very high.
John
Getting a bridge loan was great but our experience with the Leander was not great.
