At the time I purchased my new home, I was already in a home that I had raised my kids in for 6 years. So when my wife found the “perfect house” I knew it had to be something special. It was going to go fast and not only did I have to win an offer on it, I had to figure out how to offload the home I was living in at the time. When I told my realtor he mentioned Homeward. The idea was simple enough. They buy your dream house, you rent it from them while you move in, and sell your old house at your convenience. The team I worked with were probably the most professional, sympathetic, and responsive organization I’ve worked with. Selling my house was an ordeal but I couldn’t help but think that even while that was in flux, I had the security of knowing that my new house was secure and paid for. Big thanks to Homeward for helping my wife and I obtain the house we really wanted. Great people and excellent service. They really made it easy.

Homeward helped make our dreams come true! We had a terrible time trying to sell our home the traditional way. We attempted to buy and sell a home simultaneously. It was a 6 month emotional rollercoaster. Everytime we found a house we loved, we had to loose it because our house was under contract 4 times, but the buyers could never make it to close. Our lives changed when we stumbled upon Homeward. We were able to move into a house we loved without the stress that comes with being locked in a contingency. We heard about Homeward on the radio. Honestly thought it was too good to be true. We were moving from Midland to the Bastrop Area. The builder we wanted to buy from refused our contingency sale offer so we went to Homeward. They helped us buy the house we wanted. It really help with moving 6 hours between locations and not having to worry about rushing everything. We would have not been able to have our amazing house we have now without them. It was an amazing experience. Especially being our first time selling a home and turning around to buy one. I highly recommend them! We closed right before Christmas and it smooth sailing!

Homeward made our dream a reality!

Homeward is excellent!!!! Where do I begin, we owned a home already and didn’t want to go through the issues of selling it on the open market with all the showings and stuff. So in steps Offerpad, I read some of their reviews, after some thought and finding our new home we decided to go with Offerpad, (HUGE MISTAKE). So after a few weeks of back and forth with Offerpad, I thought we would lose the new house because they low balled us 7 days from closings. I was beside my self and start looking on the web for another way to buy my new home, that is when I came across Homeward!!!!!! I filled out a few questions, and got a call back the next morning.
