And by making it possible for us to move before listing our prior home, Homeward provided a cushion of time in which we were able to make improvements and maximize our selling price. The only negative is that Homeward is perhaps too popular in this moment, causing final closing times to extend beyond our initial ask due to overwhelming demand. That said, we can’t stress enough the peace of mind that Homeward gave us throughout the buying and selling processes.
